I called yesterday to get our garage door adjusted and to have the rubber replaced. Everything was done today before noon. Phone service professional and friendly... the tech friendly, knowledgeable and got things done without issues.

Great service! We called at 8:30 am and were at house by 10:30 am. They fixed our garage door, inspected the door and suggested other new parts! Thank you for the great service!

Second when they said they would come they never… Read more We reached out to this company several weeks ago to simply get a quote for a new garage door. It took forever for someone to get back to us. Second when they said they would come they never showed..worst part is they are not even nice enough to at least message or call to say why they can’t be there. The owner of the company has very bad communication skills.

They never… Read more My house is 4 years old. It came with a new power Garaga double door. After 3.5 years, the seal between the 2nd and 3rd panels broke. Nordoor took several months to inspect the problem. They never showed up for the 1st appointment and finally, they arrived unannounced. The door has 3 broken seals and the bottom weatherstrip was never installed That was 5 months ago. I never heard from them again. Now Garaga wants to charge me $500 for a new door because they say my door is discontinued.

Trying to charge me and the job not even completed trying to speak to owner several times now and they keep dodging me always excuses still waiting since October 2021
