When we ordered the WRONG SIZED DOOR (contractor error), Mr. Basso helped us deal with our mistake, and took care of the re-ordering of the proper sized door. Couldn't have been happier with the way he took care of us, and when Mr. Burke attended for pre-installation inspection, he too provided invaluable advice and suggestions on our renovation.
