We had Nordoors install an upper window panel and a garage door opener. Dealt with Brad and installers, both the ordering and installation was completed on time and in a professional manner.

The lady took my info and never sent anyone. 2 weeks later I called again and… Read more I called and asked for the front of my door to be looked at because there is a grease line down the middle of my door. The lady took my info and never sent anyone. 2 weeks later I called again and both people who I spoke to belittled me saying "what do you want me to do go there and clean it" Also "we don't go out there because it's far out of the way". These are 2 horrible customer service responses. My door still hasn't been looked at and its been a month now. The company can't even have an opinion because nobody has even looked at the door to resolve the problem.
