Purchased a home which was already equipped with a Garaga garage door. We had Nordoors install an upper window panel and a garage door opener. Dealt with Brad and installers, both the ordering and installation was completed on time and in a professional manner.
Because of my experience, I would highly recommend the Nordoor team.
Terrible Service
I called and asked for the front of my door to be looked at because there is a grease line down the middle of my door. The lady took my info and never sent anyone. 2 weeks later I called again and… Read more I called and asked for the front of my door to be looked at because there is a grease line down the middle of my door. The lady took my info and never sent anyone. 2 weeks later I called again and both people who I spoke to belittled me saying "what do you want me to do go there and clean it" Also "we don't go out there because it's far out of the way". These are 2 horrible customer service responses. My door still hasn't been looked at and its been a month now. The company can't even have an opinion because nobody has even looked at the door to resolve the problem.

Rob, Your original request for someone to come inspect your door was unfortunately misplaced. Once I had a chance to talk to you I was able to set up a day to come take a look. As you will recall, I cleaned the door to the best of my ability and followed up by ordering two new panels. Those have since been changed hopefully to your satisfaction. It is a shame that this didn't start out well but I am hoping that you are now a satisfied Customer. If there is anything else we can do , please call me personally. BradInstallers/Office Staff

I had previously dealt with Nordoor's for my home and I was very happy with their product and installation. Well once again they provided excellent service. They delivered and installed the door when we had arranged and the installer was knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. I would recommend Nordoor to anyone needing a garage door.
